The Dragonborn
This excerpt from Skyrim is actual gameplay showing how the character discovers his role in the world as the Dragonborn. This also shows how some people believe and others do not, ie the challanges of a hero.
The Nine Divines
Here is a short video about the deities of The Elder Scrolls. The short narrative about the Aedra is similar to the Old Irish literature "The Cycle of the Kings" which is a series of stories written by the bards about the highlights of the king's deeds during their time as bard. The Aedra appear as saviors more than the Deadra just as the kings, although mortal, are immortalized through the bard's poems blending mythology and history
